Where can I get a "tick" master?

Where can I get a "tick" master? Been reading up on the tick master, and wanted to see where to order and what they cost, but the tickshift site takes me to an ad site, and their other site doesn't have them, sends me to the tickshift site...
I even checked a couple of the other vendors to see if they might carry them but no luck.
Any help is appreciated
