Question converting from auto to manual transmission
how hard is this to do, i have a 05 gto and my 4l65e just took a dump on me, anyway i can put my t56 borg warner from my 95 trans am into it and convert it?

That t56 won't bolt up to your motor. The input shafts are different among other things. You need a t56 out of a ls1 car.

That trans will NOT work like poolshark said. The input shaft is only one of the things that will not match up.
