Default Clutch pedal too firm?

I have a 1968 firebird with a LS1 and T56 swap. I installed a new LS7 clutch and a wilwood master with 7/8 bore. The problem is it takes a ton of pressure to actuate the clutch. Also when I try to slowly let off the clutch to get going it snaps back with pressure. Its very hard to control. Will this get better once I drive it more? I have only drove it about half a block... Please help!

What pedal ratio do you have when you set up your master cylinder?

Thats exactly what would fix it. Have you thought about mounting it at an angle like the 4th gens?
