Send them an e mail off there web site. They will call you back. I heard back from them the next day when I did. They were very helpful and stand behind there product. he told me not to worry about it and go go beat on it (just installed it the day before) and if it didn't hold call and they would try and help fix it. Mine was smelling real bad like I was burning it up or it slipping. beat on it from day one and never any trouble. 214-227-6660 us or 61 02 9606 9666 aus
