Default What clutch fluid to buy?

What type of fluid should I buy ( brand / type / amount ) for my clutch? I have a 02 Z28 / T56 and LS6 clutch. I don't think the clutch fluid has ever been changed, has 30,xxx hard miles on it.

Also, what is the normal interval to be changing the clutch fluid?

I run the valvoline syn dot 4 go pick it up almost any auto parts store.Should change it at least every 30,000 or if it starts getting black time to change.

Thanks guys. I didn't know if you could use any old DOT4 break fluid or if you needed a special clutch fluid.

ATE Super Blue is reasonable priced for the relatively high wet and dry boiling temps it has and it is supposed to resist moisture attraction so it keeps the higher dry boiling temp for longer.
