Default Possible cause of resistance when shifting in and out of gear?

The other night I was able to finally beat the crap out of the car and did a bunch of highway pulls..after the 3rd or 4th hard pull I couldn't "slam" the trans into 4th gear anymore or any of the other gears and they all got very hard to shift into. I was running synthetic fluid which I changed out for reg. advanced auto dex. 3 hoping it might change but im still having issues and even when driving around town it feels harder to get into gear at any RPM now(I let the car cool down over night also). Anyone have any idea what this could be from?he clutch is a mcleod twin RST and has about 300 miles on it. Im using a factory modified LS2 master and I know the clutch is releasing all the way(it releases about an inch from the top) so im going on a guess and saying the trans is prolly toast.
