Engaging without pedal....
Buttoned everything up.
Used my old slave (with 11K miles, updated version...will probably be replacing).
Bled system.
Pedal all the way down, put in 1st gear, and without releasing the pedal, the tires will start to spin.
Put it back in neutral, release pedal, move shifter towards first gear....and they start to spin there as well.
Is this a slave issue (current one got covered with oil)??
Or maybe it needs a different shim??
TIA!!
That is NORMAL. How fast are they spinning? Put your foot on brake...what happens?
When the clutch pedal is in, shouldn't it NOT spin the tires? I know they would get going...
No idea about hitting the brake.
Pulling the tranny down this afternoon and putting a new slave up.
