Default Clutch Pedal Stop Question for All-Custom Application

Building a Shelby Cobra replica with a LS2/T56 powertrain.

Using a Wilwood, floor-mounted clutch pedal/master cylinder assembly.

Making up a clutch pedal stop won't be hard to do. I already know how I'll do it.

Question is - How do I determine how deep to set the stop? I don't want to climb in for the first start up, press the clutch pedal in and blow up the slave from over-travel/pressure.

Anyone from Monster got any input?

I'm using a Monster Stage 3 with the lightweight flywheel.
