Default Monster Level 3 and what else ?

I've decided to get the Monster level 3 premium with lightweight billet flywheel with new slave. The whole thing that started this was my clutch pedal was stuck to the floor one morning. I soon found out this was a common thing for LS based cars. My question is this, what else should I get to go with this to have the ideal setup ? I guess I for sure need to get a new master cylinder but I don't know what kind or where to get it. What else ? pressure plate...

I would do a slave cyl before a master cylinder. New pilot bearing if you want but might not be necessary if yours in in good shape. And thats it.

So just keep my pressure plate that's in the car and don't do anything to it at all ? Also should I just get another factory master cylinder or is there some kind of aftermarket performance piece ? Just trying to make sure I get everything I need because I want to do this right and only once. Thanks for the help gentlemen.

If you want to do it once and right go with the tick performance adjustable master cylinder. Its a pretty penny at $320 but IMO will out last a generic master cylinder and will keep you shifting smooth and work to extend the life of your transmission as well. If I could go back I wouldn't have cheaped out and bought the $120 one from the local parts store and called up Tick Instead

No the pressure plate comes with your clutch...it's the part that has the fingers that put pressure on the plate that squeezes the disc between itself and the flywheel. It bolts to the flywheel.

I'm talking about the slave cylinder that is attached to the end of the master cylinder live. The master cylinder is on the firewall below the brake booster...the slave cylinder is on the front of the trans behind the pressure plate. To change the slave cylinder you have to pull the trans so I would do a new one while it's out. The slave pushes on the fingers of the pressure plate which then releases pressure off the clutch disc when you push the clutch pedal.

There is probably nothing wrong with your master cylinder. And if so, you can swap that down the road w/o removing the trans.

So this is what I've decided to go with:

Monster level 3 premium with lightweight billet flywheel with new slave
Tick Performance adjustable master cylinder

So how does this sound ? Should be everything right ? (ordering tomorrow)

Well, it sounds like you have a hydraulic issue. If you want to order a clutch, I can take care of you, sure. but, I think you have another issue that needs to be addresed.
