Default Filling T-56

OK, done the searches. This is a stupid question I have to admit. I'm not asking where to fill or how much etc. I'm asking... what have you guys come up with to actually get the fluid from the bottle to the transmission. There is no room to tip or squeeze. So are you attaching a hose and doing it from out from under the car? Pumping it in? What? Someone must have a quick way of doing this.
Thanks

Take out the shifter and pour it in.

Seriously? No way. Can't be. Just read how much you need to do to get to shifter.
I've come up with my own method. Still curious what others have come up with.

Wow, never would have thought that to be the easiest. I've got a trans funnel, and about 6 foot of hose. Going to try with me under holding the hose in the fill tube, and a buddy pouring oil in the funnel. What do you think? If someone has tried and it doesn't work, let me know. I'll do the shifter route.

You can get hand pumps at basically any auto parts store (I know Auto Zone carries them). Just get one that fits the bottle, and pump it in. I've also used one that is about the size of a grease gun where you suck it up and then squirt it in - 'twas a bit messy though.

I still prefer to remove the shifter and pour it in from the top though...the hand pump method take a while, and can be a little messy if the tube falls out of the tranny while pumping.

Well me and my friend just did the funnel with about 6 ft of hose. Worked perfect. No issues.
