Thats the one I got sent by SPDC!... that's the big and wrong one right? That's what the thread says but I'll be damned if I dont want someone to confirm its wrong. LOL If so then I feel retarded for having the wrong pilot bearing installed this entire time... I've seriously spent like 3 months fustrated at this thing.

And for the requested pics... sorry they are huge btw... but I figured details were important.
.
That sux... Yup, wrong pilot.. Pull that one out and grab a smaller one..

On and BTW, you don't want any grease on your input shaft like that. (I know you were probably frustrated at it not sliding) You'll want to brake clean all that off before the final install..

Yeah... I was trying anything. I even greased the dowel pins lightly. LOL

Time to pick up a new pilot tomorrow. I hate when little things cause a cascade of crap!

do not use the grease method to get that one out. slide hammer/puller is needed

Yea that's definately your problem. BTW..stick a Speed Bleeder on that thing while you are there..trust me they are worth their weight in gold.

Man SDPC has been sinking the Failboat lately. They owe you a Bell Housing..
Get them to send you a free Speed Bleeder instead.

Also, and maybe it was pictures, but your dowels ON THE TRANNY...look cocked/crooked (not straight). Again, maybe teh pics, but if those pins are crooked you will NEVER get it to go in...
I know that the PB issue was/is your problem, but double check those dowels again as well...
