Default Which clutch for around 900hp?

Hey, I'm looking at a build that will be running around 700hp. There is a possibility that I will be boosting it up around 900hp. What's a clutch that can withstand that power if I decide to boost it that high? Thanks!

What kind of torque are you planning to make? I ask because clutches are rated by torque output rather than HP. Let me know and I will be happy to make a recommendation. Thanks,

I would look into RPS clutches. They are local to me and we use them in our 9 sec full weight street cars.

Whats the weight of your car? How are you launching it? Do you care about pedal pressure or modulation? If you are looking to run a clutch that will last I would look into a twin disk. RPS, Ram, mcloud, textrelia and spec make some good twins. I really like using RPS because of the customer service and the ablity to have them rebuilt.

We (Monster) have a single disc (Level 6) that will hold 900HP/TQ @ tires, and we also have a twin disc coming out that will hold even more...

DEFF go with an RPS unit. We use them in all of our HIGH HP vettes. They drive awesome and hold the power.

I second the Monster level 6. Perfect street manors, no chatter, and rated at 900hp/ ft-lbs.
