There is a brownish orange colored connector that plugs into the transmission on the passengerside of the shifter. It comes down the same loom as the rear O2 sensor wiring. It connects 2 wires.
I need to pick one up, and I don't really want to explain all this to the guy behind the counter at the dealership. Does anyone know the name and part number?
Thanks,
Hilton

I think that the reverse lockout is on the drivers' side of the shifter.
This is on the passenger side.
I wonder if it's the skip shift? I've got that tuned out anyway.

skip shift is also on the drivers side hilton, along with the vss, and the lockout solenoid, I believe it has something to do with the reverse lights coming on when you put the car in reverse.

Thanks Chris.
When I get home I'll take a picture of it in it's melted glory. Maybe that will help with the identification. Reverse lights I can live without. Can't see through the tint anyway!
