Question is there a trick to linin up the clutch, pad, flywheel and pilot bearing nice and per

i have the spec 3 with the line up tool. everytime i put the tool in there and tighten up everything and then look in the hole, it seems im always off a little? any tips. its startin to **** me off

its hard to tell by just eyeballing it. When you put the alignment tool in you dont want to just stick it in, let the disk hang on it and tighten everything down. When you start tightening the pressure plate hold the tool as close to level as you can, once it starts clamping the disk it wont move anymore natuarally but as long as the tool slides in and out freely with zero drag when it hits the pilot bearing when its all tight the trans (or torque tube) will go in..
