to a 03/04 cobra t56..

gears i need are...

(1) 5th/6th synchro assy.
(2) 5th gear driven gear
(3) 5th gear speed gear

thesource will chime in with the exact answer, but the Ford T56s I've seen have separate 5/6 driven gears (not a cluster like the LS1) and different ratios.. Some parts like the synchros may cross.

The 03-04 Cobra units are unique when it comes to the 5-6 area. They use a two piece cluster gear for the 5-6 gears. The Cobra has a fully spline mainshaft where these gears ride.

The F body uses a 1 piece 5-6 cluster gear that goes on the mainshaft. Half of the mainshaft is splined and the other half is press fit.

The syncro assembly and syncro rings do interchange. I would guess even with your Ford discount, any Tremec dealer can get you a better price through Tremec.

but i will order the 5/6 synchro from ford then

cause after looking again i need...

5/6 synchro---ford
5th drive gear--gm
6th drive gear--gm
5/6 driven gear cluster--gm

Check out thegearbox.org. They were a lot cheaper than the dealer when I needed parts for my T56.
