Default Help pick a transmission

I need some help picking a USED transmission, for my car. I am doing the auto to m6 swap
Trans #1
98 m6 with 115k shifts fine(was told) with aluminum flywheel and spec 3 clutch with 15k on the clutch.
All hydraulics, crossmember, and shifter
Trans will have to be shipped
#2
2002 m6 with 15k (was told) includes a resurfaced LS2 flywheel, and ls2 clutch
All hydraulics, crossmember, and shifter
Trans is local
I already have worked out a deal with a guy to swap out our harness's and console top so it should be an easy swap. Both transmissions are the same price, so I am lost Im dont know what to go with. I am looking at the spec 3 clutch being a big plus but the milage sucks, the other one is local and supposedly has low miles

Plus you won't have to worry about a rebuild anytime soon with the local trans. I would think the syncros would be somewhat worn on the first trans assuming it used the stock clutch for the first 100k miles and a spec 3 for the latter 15k.
