I put a brand new GM9-HDSS in about a month ago. Soon as I was done and went to test drive the car the clutch would not disengage for nothing. I called ACT and went through the trouble shooting procedure and still nothing. They thought I was going to pay to ship the clutch back to CA from MI for their clutch being bad. They also said it would be at least two weeks before I got a replacement because they had to inspect it. Thats just bad customer service to me. Luckily I got the clutch from Summit as was able to return it for a full refund and they emailed me a prepaid label. I ended up with a stock clutch from Advance and it works perfect with a lifetime warranty. I'm just tired of these aftermarket companies not wanting to stick by their product and wanting us to jump through hoops for them after spending hundreds of dollars.
