I am not saying this is a "Known Issue" but lets face it out of the thousands and thousands of units we sell in a course of a year there are going to be issues that come up. If we get your discs back and they rockwell under the called out number than that is considered a mfg failure. At this point I say just send it in and let's see what you got.

We can rockwell it to see if it's soft and determine if that's the reason you have a failure.
