Default Clutch not fully realeasing, help

2000 all stock SScamaro, LS1, 35,000 original miles.

my clutch will not release all the way.
the pedal feels like the clutch is working all the way to the floor,
But i can not get into first gear with the engine running.

engine off, tranny shifts fine,
engine on, can not shift gears.
I bled the hydraulics, no change.
i put a Mcleod MC in year 2004, to prevent hydraulic issues,
and drilled the line.

i think the Master Cylinder is gone bad?
HELP.

what MC should i replace it with?

thank you
mike

I've heard nothing but good things about Tick adjustable MCs, and they're a sponsor here. Pricey, but I'll be ordering one sometime soon.

YES, it is the Master Cylinder.
the rubber puck, is letting air inside, not allowing Full Throw on the slave cylinder.

i ordered a Rebuild kit for the Mcleod M/C.
if that does not do it,
i'll need a new MC.
