Even though the other gears share the same gear ratios they have different tooth counts and a different input and counter shafts then the nm12.

Yeah according to that website and kieseler. they offer a 2.44 gear set because it is stronger then the stock gear set

What are you talking about? old? new? The M10 was only used in the SSR in 2005-2006. Are you trying to compare that to the old 1993 M28 and M29 weak gear sets? Where are you "looking up" all this incorrect information?

Did you actually read the Hybrid SSR article I posted? While the viper upgrade is a great option, the Hybrid-SSR provides stronger internals AND double/triple cone synchros.
