Sorry guys, this has been one hell of a tease...
We bought a new building and had a huge move, which gave us an unwanted setback. We're just now catching up with all the work we were behind on. So the work on the new master is finally going to pick back up, after being abandoned for the last 3-4 months. I'm starting work on the internals of the cylinder. My new master will be 100% made from scratch....down to the piston inside. I also decided to do a unique bore size that no one else offers. It's not going to be 7/8" (22mm) or 13/16in (21mm) or stock 3/4in (19mm). It's going to be based strictly on a certain percentage of cylinder travel. It will end up being a very odd number.. However, it will give the perfect throw while retaining a stock pedal feel. All other aftermarket masters that I've felt have yielded a hard (er) pedal. I'm going back to work on the design this coming week. Updates will be posted!!

I'll be down for one Jason, the LT1 completely sealed of course, with a clutch kit. Can't wait for this since the only other real option is the McCleod or stock.

I'd love an update too.
I'm trying to hold out for one. Hoping my Clutch/Tranny does too.

I think the pressure plate ha most todo with pedal stiffness. I went from a single disk ram clutch with a stock master to the tick master and it was still really stiff. After swapping to a McLeod twin disk, the pedal feel is just like the stock clutch/master combo.

This is true for most 11in clutch setups. It does yield a hard pedal. The thing is that the aftermarket masters tend to make the pedal hard on clutch(es) that were not hard before.

Looking forward to updates on the progress of the MC's. Do you have a time frame on possible production for the fbodys? If you want a test pilot vehicle I'd be glad to give it a try hehe!!

Im interested too. I have a 6-1 pedal ratio tho over the 3.8-1 ratio your guys' cars have. I wonder if this will make any difference?

I was about ready to pull the trigger on a tick.. I think I can wait, this sounds pretty cool and I'd like to see how it turns out. If you need another guinea pig, I could definitely be of service. Haha!

Default update

The new machinist that I'm using just had a brand new building built on his land. All his equipment and whatnot is there ready to operate. BUT, he's having issues getting 3-phase electricity ran to his building, so no power! The plans are drawn up for the new master (among other parts), and it looks like I'll be able to EASILY beat other prices on the market
So now it's just a matter of time....could be 2-3 days, or 2-3 weeks...there's no way to know.

It seems like its always something holding me up on things like this. I'm hoping to test it in my 98 SS. It would be really easy to install since the motor is out
If I don't hear something from my machinist really soon, then I have a back-up shop lined up. I'll do what it takes to get this part made, and the others.
