for the past couple weeks there has been a ticking noise coming from the trans I'm guessing, I took the center counsel off to listen and its coming from the right side of the shifter. I don't know what it could be, only makes the noise when car is moving forward, gets louder the faster I go, what could it be?

Make sure its full of fluid and go from there.

throwout bearing. listen if it kinda ticks when engaging clutch and when clutch is fully engaged.. it stops. then of course gets louder with higher rpms

Still makes noise when clutch is engaged, yes gets louder when increasing speed, still makes nose when in neutral coasting down hill.
