Default Custom T56 parts (only offered by us!) Pictures inside

Just thought that I'd share some things that we've been working on lately...

Custom 31-spline mainshaft. Good for 950rwhp (possibly more). Approximately 10% stronger than the 30-spline Viper shaft.
This is the shaft used in the Stage 3 T56 Build, which is a $700 upgrade over the Stage 2.

3/8" Bellhousing Spacer. I designed this spacer in order to mate an LS7 engine to a T56/TR6060 and still retain the use of the new style pilot bearing. This pilot is the sealed bearing that fits into the big bore at the very rear of the crank. This spacer is basically an extension of the bellhousing. It is almost impossible to tell that it is installed, as it blends in nicely.
I had this made by a CNC plasma cutter and it turned out nice. Could have been a lot cleaner had I used water jet cutting, but still not bad at all.

0.125" Slave cylinder spacer. Of course I'm not the only one making these. But this is probably the only one that is made of aluminum and is made by CNC laser cutting. Its a lot cleaner than the CNC plasma, as the laser doesn't distort the aluminum nearly as bad.
I also have a 7/8" slave spacer that allows the use of the 3-bolt short green slave on an LS7 w/ T56/6060, used in conjunction with the bellhousing spacer.

I will sell the slave spacers for $10ea, big slave spacer (7/8") for $45, & bellhousing spacers for $60ea

I'm eventually going to stock all kinds of shims and spacers that are useful for a variety of applications.

Got anything that will allow a LS1 clutch to be used on the LT1 car while retaining the LT1 hydros?

Already been there and tried that. The answer is no, unfortunately. That would be a major breakthrough, though, if it was feasibly possible.
Honestly, your best bet would be to convert your car to an LS1. It really sucks that you can go any bigger than an 11" clutch on the LT1

What yoke/tailhousing combo is required for the conversion and what's the cost? The yoke would need to fit a 1350 series u-joint.

What is the point of the slave spacers? is it to change clutch engagement for a clutch the grabs too low?

I'd imagine it would do the same thing as shimming the clutch.

It is all included with the Stage 3 T56 Build (see the website in my sig). I can include a 31-spline Spicer yoke to fit any driveshaft/u-joint that you have & 1350 is not a problem. The tailhousing is milled out to accept the bigger bushing and seal.

1) Some clutches require the spacer, depending on the pressure plate installed height.
2) The flywheel has been resurfaced, and a substantial amount has been removed. This will cause the clutch to be further from the slave, and the shim will compensate.
3) Installing a used clutch and flywheel. The shim will compensate for wear, and keep the pedal at the appropriate height. Of course I don't recommend used clutches, but in some cases people choose to go this route.

so what would you say 1 ,1/4" shim does to the pedal? it brings the pedal engagement up a 1/4" or more?
