does a throwout bearing make noise

when i warm up the car ... tranny or the throwout bearing it makes tapping noise i think that my clutch is going out but then it goes away about 160% anyone can help on this thanks

The throwout bearing won't even be turning unless the clutch pedal is depressed. Can you be more specific about that?
