heres my problem, how can i fix it
i just had an ase certified tech take the air out of the hydraulics. but now when i get on it i have a hard time putting it in gear. the clutch pedal doesnt stick to the floor. also when i start it in the morning it doesnt want to go in to reverse, unless i turn the key all the way forward then start the car in reverse. i have a spec 3 with the mcleod mc, my car has 98k could this problem be because of the flywheel. do i need to get it resurfaced. thanks

1. Air. Sometimes it is a frigging B I T C H to get all the air out of the system. It took me a full frigging day to properly bleed my mcleod master. I took it out and bench bled it 3 dang times.
2. Your clutch is not completely disengaging for some reason? Do you have the correct flywheel? Did you get the flywheel resurfaced? Is it the right clutch? Did you replace the slave? Did they use any shims when they installed the clutch?

All of these will cause your problems.

Now dont get me wrong as I am an ase master tech myself, but just beacuse some one wears that big patch doesnt mean anything but that they can read a book. I have met quite a few with th e12x24 ase master tech patch on their shoulder that didnt know **** in the real world. Air in the system is the most common cause of your problem. Has it been like this since the clutch was installed?
