im not replacing the flywheel , the car has 48k on it has always had a stock clutch . if i dont do the flywheel or want to take it off i dont need the pilot bearing then ?
What else do i need . Im also ordering the speed inc slave cylinder shim , Is that a good idea?

I haven't heard too much about that clutch so I would assume it's not that great. Anyway, usually people don't replace the master cylinder unless it's needed because it's something that can be done without dropping the tranny. On the other hand they do replace the pilot bearing, and either replace, or at least resurface the flywheel because these are parts that can't be replaced without droping the tranny.
So I would recommend this:
1.get a clutch that is tried and true(do some research)
2.don't replace master unless needed
3.replace pilot bearing
4.at least resurface flywheel, but would be better to get a new one with whatever clutch kit you end up getting
5.make sure you get a gm slave cylinder, cheap ones leak
6.and the shim, usually is not needed but here is how to know if you do need it https://ls1tech.com/forums/manual-tr...need-shim.html
7.i would also recommend a tick speed bleeder line for ease of bleeding.http://www.tickperformance.com/produ...%252dBody.html
8.and of course your gonna need a lot of random tools, torque wrench, grease, lots of extension......

I would also do the rear main seal+ you'll need a puller to remove the pilot bearing.Becarefull of the plug inside the crank when doing the pilot bearing.Get the remote bleeder not a must but you'll be glad you did.
