Default Monster Clutch what flywheel?

Im looking to buy either a monter level 2 or level 3 clutch kit. Im wanting to know what people think about the 28lb and the 18lb flywheel the offer with their kits. My car will be street driven but will see a good bit of track time also. Any opinions are welcomed. Thanks

I have had a lightwieght flywheel before and didnt mind it but it is a noticable difference between the two. The lightwieght flywheel will rev the motor faster but takes more rpm to get rolling. If you are a road racer then go lightwieght. If you are mainly street and drag race go 28lbs. Thats my 2 cents.

Well said, it's not as bad on initial take off being a full face disc. But at the track, you have to launch the lightweight ~1k rpm higher to cut the same 60' as it doesn't store as much moment of inertia.
