Have the opportunity to acquire in a trade a Brand New Monster Stage 5. I will only be making 400-425hp and my biggest concern is the stage 5 of monsters clutch. I know they are good clutches but will i be ok running this one with my power since these are rated for such high power?

All plans have changed since going to install my heads and cam and motor will be being pulled and rebuilt and going back with most likely a MS4 cam and PRC stage 2.5 ls6 heads hope to make good power and then nitrous will go back on. So I will probably be good on the clutch now.
Thanks,
Corey

I have a Monster Stage 5 in my CTS-V... love it. Way better than my SPEC 3+ I had in there before. It does squeak a little bit but that's probably because I don't drive it hard too often.

Once I finally get another motor it will be going in. I will update this thread on everything I find about it. Doubt i will be disappointed. I've driven a car with a Stage 3 and was very happy.
