Question Ram 910 or Mcloud Twin Disk

i have narrowed it down to these two clutches. i need some feed back on driveability, durabillity, and of course 60' times. my car is not my daily driver but i do like to drive it on nice days and it sees the track about once a month. what ever i choose it has to be able to hold off the line on a 2 step nitrous lauch with some 28 x 10.5 et drags on the back. thanks.

Al, I think you know which way I'd go. I like my Ram VDS/910. Holds up fine for me. Holds up for Alan Futral and his 9's. I don't know much about the LS1 version of the twin disk.

I also like the RAM better then Mcloud. RAM has much better customer service too. The RAM 910/402 VDS will have everything you need and hold up to anything you got!

RAM 910vds. this is my 4th clutch and has been the best. it's held 6,500 lonches over and over pulling my wheels off the ground. it's smooth,no chatter and performs good on the street.60 times 1.59, with new slicks i'm hopeful for lower 1.5's. i bought it from allen at futural motorsports the kit w/flywheel was around $800.

Well I was going to say I drove my first Twin disk early this week.
Its was smooth , But at 1300 buck verses the 800 for the ram?
I think when my spec is gone I will get this Ram Clutch

Some people say that have chatter with the 910 and some do not. I wonder if its just the driving style or if its something like engagement point? Any input on this?

That Twin disk I drove had ZERO chatter.
It only happens on my spec when I'm in stop and go traffic. or tryin to move just a little bit.

Only have 10 miles on my VDS 910 so far, but I have no chatter with 4.10 gears.

Just broke in my Mcleod Twin, I love it. Feels almost like stock, pedal pressure is a little stiffer but otherwise just like stock.

Chatter with the VDS 910 is due to setup. My first one chattered like crazy, but I had a resurfaced flywheel that wasn't balanced. Second brand new install of the 910 VDS and I have no chatter, smooth as butter.
