Sweet. I would love to run 10xx cam only then tune it up for spray eventually a 200 hit but not without a bunch 100 shot passes and actually learn and tune for the spray. If I could run a 9.99 I would be thrilled. More weights coming out this winter for sure.

THE 6SPEED LIST NEEDS UPDATING!!!!! WTF??!!

I could belive it. the list needs updating. i'm right there at the door of 9.99 and I got some junk parts on my car. With todays heads and cam it would put my setup I built 5 years ago to shame.

We were talkin about Stock bottom end cars. My car has the same crank, rods, and pistons it did the day I bought it at the dealership. That's what the whole thread is about.

OP what did your car run on motor? I've thought hard about tossing a 200 shot on my daily. I've gone a best of a 11.28 @ 123 on a 1.71 60' in my 04 GTO with the stock bottom end. I realize that it's not a Fbody, just curious.

My GTO weighed ~3600lbs and the DA was -400 that night.

the car is on a nitrous tune up. runs like *** on motor. I made one pass on motor in the begining of the year just to make sure the car felt good before i hit it with the spray. it was like a 11.70 i'm sure if i tried to dial it in on motor it would be easily 11.50's. car dyno'd 419 on motor. I belive I left at 6,000rpm and the car only 60ft'd 1.50's. it doesnt have enough horsepower to 60ft fast without the spray.

Just saw this thread.

The 10.02 was stock bottom end and heads on a 150 shot. I put a 200 shot on it but the clutch wouldn't hold it, and I took a break that has lasted over two years now. I'll get her out one day and put her in the nines.
