really dummm question but i need to find this part i dont know what this peace is called so help me out ok so the rubber pieace below the shifter boot it's purpose to keep the sound out whats the name of it and where can i get it

Picked mine up from ebay, there was two for sale about a month ago. Both for $50. This is now a discontinued item, no one makes them but I've heard that one from a C5 corvette can work with slight modification. If you see a stock T56 boot, jump on it as they are hard to come by.
