Default What do you guys think of the Mcleod street twins?

I want to get a clutch that has no chatter and I dont mind a heavy pedal feel.
I had good luck with my centerforce and am still sad to see it go but I think with my new setup my power output will be beyond its capabilities.

Any of you guys been using the Mcleod for awhile? Does it chatter? any issues with it at all? I already have an adjustable master so the clutch will come out to less that what a ram clutch will cost me new. Help me decide!!!

its badass.no chatter whatsoever.might wanna do the drill mod while your at it.this clutch to me will hold anything you can throw at it.and it begs for more.kinda pricey but worth the money.so far just cut 1.6 60ft. this past weekend but only launching around 3500-4krpm.holds like a ****.

Drill mod is already done but I am using a stock adjustable master. Will this be good enough?

I absolutly love mine. I have an ATI D1-SC and this clutch is perfect. Pedel effort is a little more than stock. And there is 100% no chatter. I did have the Mcleod flywheel that came with the kit matched balanced though. It has been perfect. Normal drivability in a clutch that can handle way more than I'm throwing at it.

Mike, the Mcleod adjustable m/c is required with the Mcleod twin-disk.

The RAM 910 is pretty streetable actually. I have installed a few of these in customer's car with pretty minimal chatter. It is definitely there, but you get used to it very quickly and it is almost non-existent once fully broken in.

Jason do you know what gears your customers were using in their setups?
