Does the clutch hydraulic line need a restriction?

I am going to do a T56 swap in my truck and was planning on custom making the hydraulic lines, both for pressure and remote bleed. My question is, does the clutch pressure line need a flow restrictor line stock? My plan was to use all -3AN stainless lines and steel fittings, no restrictions.
I know the drill mod opens up the factory restriction, but what if the line is restrictor free?
Thanks.

I run a tick master with no restriction. No problems. It was intended to slow things down so the driver could better modulate the clutch. I can't see how this would help in any performance application tho.

"It was intended to slow things down so the driver could better modulate the clutch"
Wrong. The restriction was put there to limit the impact load possible otherwise. The limit was for the protection of the propshaft.
