Centerforce dual friction Ok, please if this question has already been answered, don't freak out, I am one of the three people in the USA that still has dial up, and it takes forever to search all of these post, my question is about the centerforce dual friction clutch, I was on my way to buy the spec star stage III, and at the last minute I was turned away from that choice and switch over to the Centerforce dual friction...I was told that this is an awesome clutch if you do the 500 mile stop and go break in, and then when I got home, I was told that this clutch sucks, I just need to know if this was a waste of money on my part, or is this a decent replacement clutch for a daily driver running 550RWHP,

Thanks for the reply (goinbroke) did you just recently instal it, or has it been installed a while? also how does the pedal feel, and did you do the drill mod with it?

I had good luck with it as well. Just make sure you get the adjustable master with it our else it wont engage/disengage right. If you dont get the adjustable master you are asking for problems. So don't skimp on this part. I also did the drill mod. Clutch had no chatter and pedal feel was about 1.5 times that of stock.

Ok thanks u2, just got it in late last night, its tough when your in the process of your break in and theres a ricer beside you at the light reving his chainsaw, but for now I'll have to let them go, 400 more break in mile to go...so far I like it...
