Default Clutch sticks to the ground when driving hard?

When i'm driving hard, my clutch will stick to the ground when i shift i have to pump it to get it back working right. Sometimes i actually have to lift it up with my foot! Is this the big restriciton on 2000 ws6 and camaro's i've been reading about? does the "drill mod" deff. fixs this problem?

The drill mod should fix your problem unless you have a leak.

edit: I see you have a 2000, a new slave cyl would help too, do you have the updated one?

Ya your gonna be hattin' it cause you might as well just put a new clutch in while you replace the slave.

I should just get the SPECS kit, stage 1, maybe 2.

If i do the drill mod, and update the slave, it will be fine? It's cheaper this way soo.

Found out yesterday as I'm replacing o2 sensors my heat shield was gone and the braided line was resting on the headers, shielded it and zip tied it out of the way beat on it pretty hard today and it was fine.

All kinds of things...

Air in system
Heat causing fluid to compress (Your header issue might solve it!)
Bad seals
Old Slave design

All of these things cause your clutch to stay engaged when you shift and will quickly ruin the clutch and maybe tranny as well. Good Luck.
