How to remove output shaft seal???

How to remove output shaft seal??? Been struggling to get this seal out. Made a few attachments to fit onto a little reverse slide hammer...no dice. Can't seem to hook onto enough of the seal to drag it out, and I really don't want to use the output shaft as a fulcrum point. What tool do I need? Any help is greatly appreciated!!!! Thanks!
