I'm looking for a reputable tranny shop in the Schaumburg IL area. I tried SPEEDINC.COM but their service schedule is booked to mid July. I believe I need the slave cylinder replaced, possibly the master as well (hopefully not). Any good tips would be appreciated. Thanks!

Is Schiller Park too far to go for you? J&M Auto Repair on Irving Park is the only place in Chicago where there are mechanics I'd let touch my car. (I went all the way out there from downtown once, and it was well worth it.) The guy who runs the place is an F Body specialist and races his Camaro - really knows his stuff, will take care of you, and will not rip you off.
BTW - You shouldn't need a tranny shop to do this work, but if one needs to get involved J&M can pull the unit and have it dropped off at a local shop they deal with, which specializes in the T56.
