Default Stock clutch took a dump......

no surprise though..... After reading on here about all the others letting go. Charley at Futral will be doing the install, I am just wondering what the general thought on the Ram HDX clutch. I am only going cam in the future and would be well under the 450 rating. Mixed reviews for sure on this clutch in this site...... Would love to read about experiences with the HDX.

Thanks

You do but the whole set up is under 500. That's clutch and flywheel price.

yea buying an ls7 clutch kit is the safest/most durable clutch (if under 500 hp) you can buy........no shimming required, a stock clutch so its meant to last a while and be reliable, and great pedal feel......a functioning yet playing it safe part is hard to find in the high performance world.......

Futral got the clutch in and the damn thing is on the floor...... They are going to try a shim tomorrow and hope that fixes it.
