Default Rebuilding the T56

Hello everyone! I am currently having the t56 out of my 1999 camaro ss rebuilt. I was just looking for some input from you guys about anything else I should do while the transmission is out. Ive seen where alot of you have replaced various parts around the transmission. Should I be looking into replacing tranny mounts? The clutch, throwout bearing and flywheel were replaced about 40k miles ago (factory spec ls1 clutch setup for gmpartsdirect.com). There is a noise coming from the car when it idles but goes away once the clutch is depressed. Could this be a bad throwout bearing? Thanks for your help. I just dont want to get everything back together and then have to go back through it!

Might want to resurface the flywheel. Check/replace the TO and pilot bearings. Also might be good to replace the rear cover gasket and rear main seal on the engine, even if they aren't leaking.
