Every time I shift gears I hear this noise. It sounds like the syncros spooling up. Like I can hear them coming together. No grinding, ticking, clunking or anything of that nature. It's a stripper car with no sound deadening material in it so it may be normal but I'm just seeing what u guys think. Should I start saving for a rebuild?

no that noise is pretty normal. are you hearing it as you enter the gear or when its in gear also? most likely you're hearing the synchro ring grabbing hold of the gear and spinning it up to accept the slider hub
