Default New build. Clutch disengage causes motor to run rough

I previously did heads and cam on my ls1 and did 6 speed swap at the same time. Everything was fine (even with the 6 speed swap). 3000 miles later I blew out #4 piston which tore apart the motor. Ordered a TSP 408 with TX Giant cam and had my T56 rebuilt by Tick. Runs and drives great besides this one problem I have while driving from a cold start. Idles fine clutch in and out however when I give it throttle with the clutch in, it feels and sounds like the motor is about to jump out of the car (like it is cutting out / dumping fuel at wrong times) almost like a limp mode. I take my foot off the clutch and it revs fine. Like I said, only does this until the engine gets hot then it is fine. I have disconnected the cruise and clutch safety switches so it is not the wiring. Almost seems like a tuning issue however i don't know how tuning could be related to the clutch being engaged/disengaged. That leaves it to be only mechanical but not sure what to be looking for. Any suggestions?

The first thing I would do is data-log the car when you depress the pedal and see if there is anything happening with the timing/fuel/spark etc...and use that a starting point. Give it a shot and let me know what you find and I will be happy to assist you further. Thanks,

So i took it to my tuner and he said 1 o2 sensor was reading 25% and the other was reading 2%. They are both brand new but i heard Bosch o2 sensors can be hit or miss straight out of the box. He said that the o2 sensor / wiring is 1 issue and then either my clutch or transmission is another problem. Like i said, i have removed every wire possible from the clutch and transmission but cant figure it out. Could this o2 problem be causing the engine to almost die when i press in the clutch pedal?

Are you still running cats? If so, and they were clogged, then this could certainly affect performance.

No cats / SD tuned. Pulling tranny tomorrow to inspect clutch and throw out bearing.
