I bought an SS and have not driven it yet on the street due to Hurricane Sandy and other stuff.
OE Clutch itself works fine, 44K miles on the Camaro, good disengagement, good engagement, no shimmy, no noise, and good performance.
The only problem is, out of the total stroke of the pedal, the clutch is fully engaged about 1-2 inches off the floor rather than in the middle(?) of the stroke.
Is this normal? I don't think so.
Where would I look? I have read posts suggesting to bleed the system.
Might try this feat next week.
