T56 Help... pops out of gear..

T56 Help... pops out of gear.. My t-56 only has about 7000 miles on it.. some brutal some highway, anyway if im just cruising around when i down shift from 5th to 4th above 50mph it grinds, then when in 4th it randomly pops out unless im running it hard..Also have a kind of growling sound when riding up the rode im pretty puzzled..

Could be:
Bent 3/4 fork
Worn teeth on syncro assembly
Worn fork pads
The more you wait to fix it the more you have to pay in parts to fix it. The SECOND my 2nd gear started to grind I stop using the gear until I could rebuild it. This allowed me to only have to buy blocker rings. My Synco Assembly was saved.
