Default LS7 clutch upgrade what slave cylinder is needed?

What slave cylinder needs to be used to do a LS7 clutch in 01 LS1/T-56 combo.

I have LS-7 clutch and pressure plate, flywheel and new LS7 crank bolts and keep finding contradictions the more I read on what is the correct slave cylinder to use with this setup.

I've heard mention of a few caddy's needing a spacer from katech for proper operation when doing the LS7 clutch. Is that due to a difference in the slave the LS6 caddy's use versus the LS1/t56 setup.

the caddy's are different from what I hear. I used a stock AP slave when I had my ls7 clutch. Still use a stock AP ls6 slave with my monster stage III clutch.

So I can order a new slave from gm for my current 01ws6 LS1/t56 bolt it all together and be good to go then great way better to have application correct parts than have to bastardize stuff.
