Default LT1 clutch slip at high rpm shift?

Have the Competition Clutch 2+ with around 3k mi

Hydraulics are stock with about 30k mi

383 making around 390 rwhp, 412 rwtq

notice now on the 2-3 shift at 6k the clutch just slips unless I lift the gas then it will engage.

pedal feels "normal" and does not stick to the floor

Can smoke the tires 1st and 2nd but hitting 3rd just clutch slip...and the smell of burnt clutch

Normally I would just assume clutch is going but this deal has me thinking if "hydraulics" are giving up not responding fast enough

comments appreciated

BUMP

I know the LS cars had issues with this but that was due to the self adjusting PP.

anyone have this issue with LT1 "pull" clutches??
