Default Clutch pedal spongy and sticking to floor

For the last week or so my clutch has gone from 100% functionality to shot to ****. The clutch gives up after I pull the car out of the garage. It starts off spongy, then only retracts half way back. Then after more driving it sticks to the floor. I'm not certain wether it is the MC or slave or if there's a pin hole leak in the hydraulics. How can I pin point the problem?

What color is your fluid?

Check the fluid integrity. I would say change the mc first, bleed the line; if that works, awesome. If not go ahead and do your slave. Check your clutch and fly when you drop the tranny while you're at it.

Seems like a master or fluid issue.

sounds like slave. I would gravity bleed the hell out of it with some new fluid first. that is the cheap route

Well everyone, I too believe it to be the slave. I had my brother pump the clutch pedal while I added fluid to the reservoir. It didn't take long to find the leak. If you have seen this problem and have advice, it would be appreciated. Thank you.
