F Body T56 Bellhousing onto a GTO T56
Probably a silly question but I searched on the sticky and search function with no clear answer. Can I use a F Body T56 Bellhousing onto a GTO T56? I am assuming it's possible and I would be using the F Body Starter.
Thanks in advance.

Stevie....thanks. I am putting this in a 240sx so I am swapping out the Shifter Offset Lever for the F-body one so that I can use the F-body shifter for its location. For us 240sx guys, the GTO T56 puts the shifter further back into the trans tunnel which requires the use of the F-body lever or cutting of the trans tunnel.
Super excited, finally got the bellhousing. Now I need to decide which clutch is best for my goals and begin assembling everything slowly.

It isnt much different between the two trans, but it is different.
Essentially it just sounds like you need an F-Body trans really ?

That's he part I am referring to. Also Installing a bronze shifter bushing cuz its like $12 more
Well I got the Tick Performance Level 3 T56 off a member already so now I just need to make sure I have the little nuances together to being the project. I posted up a thread in the conversion threads in case anyone is interested in the project details.
