Real Bad vibration..NOT DRIVESHAFT

Real Bad vibration..NOT DRIVESHAFT OK heres the scenario....so i come off a light like half throttle bring it up to 3000 rpms and then push the clutch in...as soon as the clutch is pushed in the vibration happens its horrible shakes the whole console. If I just let the clutch out it goes away...it does this through every gear change as long as the rpms are high enough....and now it does it in gear even as long as I am above 3000 but it doesnt feel as bad. Also usually before when my trans was fine when I would take it of the previous gear to goi to the next one I wouldnt hear anything now I hear something spinning and it sounds like a lot of friction. But once I clutch out oiut it goes away...please help me

my car is doing the same thing right now. Pisses me off bad real rough feeling on the acceleration. I'm getting the spec 3x w/ a billet steel flywheel soon. I think my spec s4 and stock flywheel combo is finally going out.
