Default American Powertrain 'White Lightning' shifter vs. ?

Has anyone actually seen one of these, or better yet, installed and USED/DRIVEN one??

If so how does it compare with everyone's current fave/flavor of the year, the MGW?

I looked at them recently. They(American Powertrain) came to the Coker Tire cruise in a few weeks ago and had all there stuff on display. Nice looking stuff and even nicer people. Grey Frederick the owner actually took 30 minutes or so to walk over and check out my wagon as he is a wagon guy himself (old Edsel).
