Default Carbed 5.3 with t56 install questions

Trying to learn as much as i can about installing the t56 into my 1991 silverado. Purchased a used t56 with 98xxx miles on it and going to be swapping out my 5.7 that has a nv3500 5speed for a 5.3 with a t56.

Im wondering if anyone can please tell me what all the plugs and tubes on the t56 do and which ones are completely necessary for a carbed engine? im not picky about having backup lights but need to know if the lockout solenoid is necessary or beneficial? and what the other plugs and wires do or are necessary?

There is a black tube running half way up the transmission that im not sure what it does? anyone know??

I have the original master off the t56 but am wondering if i can use my stock nv3500 master to run to the slave? any thoughts or would that master not be enough for the t56 slave??

Whats a good clutch and flywheel setup for these for around mid 600hp range??

Also if anyone has a install video of them that would be awesome!

All those sensors are is for speedo, reverse lockout, and skip shift. It will work fine with all of them unplugged.

Have any thought on using the nv3500 master cylinder with the t56?

You definitely want to wire the reverse lock out, because it sucks going into reverse when you really want 5th.
